Aaliyah partners with C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to make salient real estate decisions. She believes real estate can help solve some of society’s most pressing issues and chooses projects that have a lasting impact in the community. She is most proud of a medical office development she led in the mid-cities that has been described as a legacy project for that city. Her keen, strategic mind and operations background makes her able to see possibilities in places and spaces that others may not. Aaliyah’s diverse career experience strengthens her ability to connect with people on multiple levels, communicate effectively, diplomatically, and openly.
A strong advocate for serving the community, Aaliyah is a past Board Chair for the National Family Preservation Network and Promise House. She is currently a member of the Promise House Executive Support and Assessment Team, serves on the Dallas CASA Board of Directors and is a member of Hofstra University’s School of Health Professions and Human Services Dean’s Advisory Committee. Aaliyah also serves the City of Dallas as a Commissioner for the City Plan Commission and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. To support the demands of being a corporate athlete, she plays soccer, practices yoga, and is a marathoner.
Aaliyah holds a BS from Hofstra University in Community Health and is a Licensed Texas Realtor. Her professional affiliations include CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and Conscious Capitalism. She is currently a Trustee for CREW in the Community and is the past Chair of the CREW Dallas DEI Committee and was a member of CREW Network’s Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force.
