Sarah Velten
Sarah stands out for her strong focus, tenacity, and fierce determination to ensure landlords, tenants, developers, and city officials achieve their goals through a smooth and fulfilling experience. Sarah focuses on project leasing, tenant representation, and consulting in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. While working for Venture Commercial, Sarah quickly reached the level of Assistant Vice President. Prior to working at Venture Commercial, she worked in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs. These experiences uniquely equipped her with a vast wealth of experience, knowledge, and insight into the real estate industry, which has greatly enhanced her competence.

Aaliyah Haqq
Aaliyah partners with C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to make salient real estate decisions. She believes real estate can help solve some of society’s most pressing issues and chooses projects that have a lasting impact in the community. She is most proud of a medical office development she led in the mid-cities that has been described as a legacy project for that city. Her keen, strategic mind and operations background makes her able to see possibilities in places and spaces that others may not. Aaliyah’s diverse career experience strengthens her ability to connect with people on multiple levels, communicate effectively, diplomatically, and openly.
Hannah Holloway
Hannah is the founder of Clark Street Concierge in Dallas, Texas, and helps out the Northview company with transaction management. Hannah has worked in Commercial Real Estate in Dallas, Texas.

Johnathan brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, and asset management, specializing in retail real estate.
Lanier Skalniak
Lanier is an accomplished broker supporting international restaurant and retail brands in their U.S. market expansion. Based in Italy, she leverages a deep understanding of the global retail landscape, paired with a commitment to delivering tailored solutions that address each client’s unique needs.
